Review for Selling Out to the Billionaire by Penny Wylder

He's rich, arrogant, and he's about to make me lose everything.
Derek Conway is my first client. I was so excited about selling a house and finally making some money. But I never expected him to be the client from hell.
Even if he's got abs of steel and a jaw that could cut through glass, the guy is completely awful. I'd punch him if I wasn't busy drooling on his shined shoes.
Nothing I show him is good enough. In fact, the only thing that has caught his attention is... me.
How can he eye-screw me while scolding me at the same time? And why does it turn me on so much?
If I don't get him to close on a deal soon, I'll end up on the street. I'd work with someone else but Derek won't let me. He demands all of my time.
Just when I think I've given him enough, he asks for more.
How far does he plan to push me?
And what if I can't say no?

This is a standalone novella with a HEA and NO cheating!

Kim's Review

Penny Wylder's "Selling Out to the Billionaire" is a great read. Penelope has been waiting for her Realtor's license for what feels like forever. Her cousin has reluctantly offered her a job when her license comes. When it finally does her says he needs her as soon as she can get to the office because one of his employees quit and he needs her to show a client around. She jumps in to action and is at the office quickly, has a quick chat with her cousin and goes to the house to get acquainted with it to show her client. What she doesn't see coming is who her client is. Derek Conway is a local playboy celebrity who needs a house after a drunken night where he does some good for the local community. What he doesn't expect is his new realtor turning him upside down. Can Penelope find him his dream house, or will she go down in a blaze of glory and lose her job and her apartment. Find out in this awesome read!!!
