Review for J.A. Belfield's The Therapist: Episode Eight

From International Bestselling author J.A. Belfield comes an intriguing erotic romance serial ...

Episode Eight: When Abi O’Shay doesn’t show for her appointment, Chase wonders how much deeper into the bowels of frustration his life can delve—until a surprise visitor brings news, and enough lust to keep a days-long inferno of pent-up desires burning.

After a week filled with pure bliss and a hope Chase hadn’t dared entertain, he finally begins to believe the ever elusive happy outcome just might be within his reach, after all.

Series Synopsis:

Chase Walker: Founder of C.W. Consult. Sex therapist extraordinaire.

And, without question, always in control.

After years of schooling his emotions, Chase takes pride in his self-composure and firm lack of commitment. It takes only one, fresh-faced redhead in need of his services for all of that to fall to pieces.

Abigail O'Shay is everything Chase isn't. Sweet. Innocent. A virgin.

Chase has never wanted to defile anything more.

Except, if that whole therapist-client barrier isn't enough of an issue, Chase's own demons are only too happy to cock-block all the sinful fantasies treatments he has in mind for his latest client.

***The Therapist contains adult themes of a sexual nature***

My Review

J.A. Belfield's "The Therapist: Episode Eight" is the eighth and final tale in the Chase Walker series. Yeah! The ending I was dreaming of! I loved it! This series was so fun and sexy! Mr. Walker's life is forever changed. I'm going to reread the whole series now that it's all done. Love, love, love!

My Review of #1:

J.A. Belfield's "The Therapist: Episode One" is the first tale in a new series. Seems like a great beginning to a sexy story! Chase seems like a broken leading man who doesn't realize how broken he is. Abi is a sweet treat! I loved it! Can't wait to read #2!

Episode Two: After a successful and heated session for earlier clients, during which they’re introduced to Jones, a six-foot, tattooed sadist and founder of The Club, Chase prepares to break down the first barrier of his new client—a line she’s never dared to cross alone: Getting Abi O’Shay to discover the pleasures of her own body.

My Review of Episodes #2 - #4:

J.A. Belfield's "The Therapist: Episodes Two, Three, and Four" are the second, third, and fourth tales, respectively, in the Chase Walker  series. Still a thunderous pace! Chase is so very taken by Abi. It's so hot! I just love the setup of these books. Always a juxtaposition between very raunchy sex and Abi's sweet explorations and ministrations. I can't wait to read #5 - #8!

Episode Three: Introducing a clandestine client to the joys of the female form has Chase filled with a sexual tension he could do with offloading—until Abi turns up with the news that she won’t be using the services of CW Consult any longer. Thankfully, The Club can make a man forget his own name. Exactly what Chase needs until he can figure out how to get her back.

Episode Four: Chase deals with his strangest case yet. Thankfully, there’s little Chase loves more in his job than bringing a client out of their self-constructed shell and introducing them to a world of sexual possibilities—especially if the client in question is Abi O’Shay. With every session he spends with her, though, Chase risks losing control.

Episode Five: After helping a client fulfil his darkest taboo fantasy, Chase is left dead tired—until Abi O’Shay walks into his office wearing a clinic robe and his mind, body and libido suddenly feel invigorated again. Luckily for Chase, that robe means Abi is finally ready to play with the gloves off. Not so luckily, Chase’s control just might not be strong enough to stand against this fight, as his well-built façade of composure well and truly takes a hike. Jones being up to his usual tricks, when Chase's work and personal life collide, doesn't help a damn, either.

My Review for #5:

J.A. Belfield's "The Therapist: Episode Five" is the fifth tale in the Chase Walker series. As usual, this tale continues to juxtapose the most taboo sexual desires with the sweet purity of Abi. Such a dilemma for Mr. Walker. The stage is set for him to really have his world crash down around him. You can't control everything in your life and it feels like he's about to get an object lesson in that! Can't wait to read #6-#8!

Episode Six: Chase is not having the best of days—not with one raw deal after another, and the realisation that his slip up with Abi O’Shay the week before hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thankfully, she’s the final client of the day—and taking her to the next level of her sensual journey can only make everything a whole heap better. Right? Wrong. Because not only does Chase’s control of himself continue on its sordid landslide, but the reality of the whole Abi situation well and truly begins to sink in, until Chase finally begins to question what the heck he’s doing where Abi is concerned.

My Review of #6:

J.A. Belfield's "The Therapist: Episode Six" is the sixth tale in the Chase Walker series. Seems our Mr. Walker is starting to lose his cool! He has some "interesting experiences" with Abi. Will he get the girl or will he lose his mind? I hope he gets the girl! His fantasies of her are dead sexy. I can't wait to read #7 & #8!

Episode Seven: Chase Walker’s life is on a downward spiral—straight to the harrowing pits of mad obsession. When Abi O’Shay walks into his office for her latest appointment, Chase is determined to keep it all under control, but it doesn’t take long for his disobedient body to overpower the weakness his mind has for Ms O’Shay. And Chase is soon crossing borders through which he’ll need far more than a passport to find his way back. Or maybe Jones can smack some sense into him—just like he did the last time.

My Review of #7:

J.A. Belfield's "The Therapist: Episode Seven" is the seventh tale in the Chase Walker series.  If Episode Seven is a dream, don't wake me up! What a tasty little read! Definitely one to read one-handed. Mr. Walker crossed a delicious line this time.  I can't wait to see how it all ends in #8! I'm sending out mental waves to the author to please make it end the way I want it to!

J.A. Belfield lives in Solihull, England, with the best husband in the world, aka Mr B, a couple of back-chatting but pretty cool kids, two pooches she treats likes the babies of the house, and a scrawny cat that likes to vomit in unnecessary places.

Although best known for her Holloway Pack series, she is currently trawling her way through a New Adult Post Apocalyptic and would LOVE to try her hand at YA. Maybe she will.
