 Bella Jewel's "Valiant" is a Joker's Wrath MC novel. Baylee has moved a few states over with her so called little sister who is pregnant to get away from her abusive ex who nearly killed her. All Baylee does it work and take care of an ungrateful pregnant teen. She rarely goes out. One night she trows caution to the wind and goes out and sees a very good looking man across the bar. Her friend wants her to go talk to him, but she won't. Jake sees a beautiful woman across the bar and goes to talk to her. She shoots him down like a buck in hunting season. That makes her all the more appealing since that has never happened before. Why does she turn him down? Why does he not take no for an answer? Where is the ex? Why did he hurt her?
